Orders must be paid in advance of delivery.

The Copyright of all photos belongs to Curt Davis Photography.  Photos may not be copied or duplicated without permission.  

The digital files included in Packages 1 thru 8 as well as SKU S8 and S9 are for the athlete's individual photo only.  Curt Davis Photography does not sell team or buddy digital files unless all individuals in the photo pay for a print of that photo.

Curt Davis Photography is not responsible for misspelled names if the name is incorrectly entered via online ordering, or if not written in a legible form on the printed Order Form.

Listed prices include sales tax.

Lead time for photo delivery varies from 2-4 weeks from photo day.
